Role:
The role of the accountant is to complete the client service task assigned with high quality and efficiency .
Qualifications:
- First Class B.Com.
- No experience necessary.
- Must be residing near Andheri (E).
- Fluency in English is a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Reflect the company values and culture in his behavior.
• Focus on the training program and ask questions until doubts are removed.
• When a customer service task is assigned, ask for clarification of the work process to be followed.
• Be sure that he understands the work process, the work to be done, and deadline. If deadline is unrealistic alert the team leader.
• Alert the team leader if the task assigned has not been covered by the training program.
• Ask for remedial training as needed.
• Complete the assigned task meticulously.
• Participate in the performance evaluation process, take note of areas for improvement, and in conjunction with the team leader create a self-development program.
• Ask for help in preparing oneself for the next level of responsibility.
• Make suggestions for improvements in work process, training program and any other matters to the team leader.

Accounting Manager (Job Open till June 30, 2008)
Role:
The role of Accounting Manager is to ensure timely delivery of client work with high quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Com. degree, Chartered Accountant desirable but not necessary.
- At least five years experience in the BPO industry with at least three years in managing 25+ people.
- Must be residing near Andheri (E).
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Existing US visa a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
• Practice the company values.
• Define personnel policies including compensation structure, employee profile,training needs, evaluation/development plan for operations staff members.
• Recruiting staff and consultants.
• Lease real estate.
• Secure IT infrastructure and other assets necessary to accomplish the mission.
• Define quality standards and metrics in conjunction with operations teams and VP Client Services.
• Set efficiency targets with the operations team.
• Develop operating plans to support the sales effort.
• Define the deliverables and costs for the operations team.
• Achieve the deliverables and cost targets.
• Define and mitigate risks to the operations.
• Communicate openly with clients, keeping them informed of the progress as well as difficulties as they arise.
• Acts as champion of the operating teams.
• Maintains open communication with the operating staff,
• Participate in the performance evaluation process, take note of areas for improvement, and in conjunction with the team leader create a self-development program; and
• Provides the CEO with timely reports on operations.
