The Details
Basic Package - $125/mo/store
- Recommended for owner/operators
- Starts at $125/month/store, and includes:
- month-end book-keeping
- payroll (two per month)
- Tax returns can be added for $39/month/return.
- Payroll and tax returns are prepared by US professionals.
- In addition to our monthly fee, it costs approximately $40/month to host your software
- If you do not already have one, you will also need to purchase a QuickBooks® accounting software license for $139 (Amazon, Pro single-user license)
- You and your CPA will have complete access to your data on a US server at all times and will be given a process document charting how we handle your accounts
- If you don’t currently have a CPA, we are happy to recommend one of our partners
Enhanced Package - $195/mo/store
- Recommended for owners who manage stores remotely
- The enhanced package starts at $195/month/store includes the basic package services, and the following QuickBooks Services:
- Entering daily sales details
- Daily deposit verification
- Entering bills
- Preparation of checks to be printed and mailed by the client
- Entering payroll information
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Entering credit card expenses
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation
- Maintenance of loan amortization schedule
- Preparation of monthly financial statements by the 15th of the following month
