Ms. Ramachandran has been a Chartered Accountant since 1989. She has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, computers, and management.

She has prepared tax returns for both corporate and non-corporate clients.  She has managed a professional firm of Chartered Accountants early in her career. In this capacity she ensured that client expectations were fulfilled. She has extensive experience in tax planning and representing clients before the Appellate Authority.

While her management responsibilities have steadily evolved through her career, she has also become proficient in the use of technology. She managed the conversion from a manual accounting system to computerized accounting system.

She has been a Finance Manager in a public company. Since the company was in a start-up mode, she administered all start-up activities for a $100 million plant. She provided the financial reports necessary to satisfy the financing authorities. In this capacity, she worked with Price, Waterhouse, their auditors.
