Wendy McGuire brings a wealth of experience in marketing financial services and general management.

She started her civilian career as a Financial Planner/Senior Sales Representative with USAA and CIGNA Financial Services. She was consistently in the Top Ten in sales performance. Subsequently she worked for National Westminster Bank, New Jersey and Danielson Trust Company as trust officer and Director of Personal Trust Services. Under her leadership, the fee income increased by 50% + a year.

While at Danielson, she assisted in developing marketing plans to enable nonprofits to fundraise on limited budgets. As a result, San Diego non-profits secured $8 million + in planned gifts.

Subsequently she worked for a non-profit institution as Director of Planned Giving. She created the planned giving program from concept to execution. She raised $16 million in planned gifts.

She also planned and implemented the first ever endowment campaign. This campaign resulted in $12 million in gifts.
