At Indevia, we respect that every Employees have a legal right to a safe workplace, and sexual harassment is a serious breach of that right. As a result, it is our primary responsibility to eradicate all forms of sexual harassment in our workplace. The POSH Act provides a legal framework and tools to assist in providing a safe and secure environment to women in the physical as well as in the virtual workplace. Indevia Accounting has been compliant with The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 in collaboration with Complykaro Services Private Limited since 2018.

The paradigmatic shift in how organizations work from office to a work- from-home model has its own set of issues, one of which is the possibility of sexual harassment.
